Kelly spent over a decade in the truckload segment with a large carrier group in various operational capacities. Areas of experience include operations management in both terminal and central operations, equipment management, software and process design, acquisition integration. He has been in logistics recruiting for over ten years, is a member of the Million Dollar Producers Club, and has received numerous other awards for recruiting excellence.

Kelly and his wife ( whose name is also Kelly and also works in transportation! ) and son Ryan reside near Fayetteville, AR. The Kelly’s enjoy fishing, hiking and floating in the Ozark’s when possible. Friends would say they are most notable for cooking a wide variety of dishes and entertaining
