Bob joined the firm in 1995 after a successful 20 year career in the Flatbed and Specialized / Heavy Haul trucking industry. During his career he held positions ranging from Operations to Vice President of Sales. He is an award winning Executive Recruiter whose clients appreciate his commitment to “right person, right company, or don’t do it” approach to finding talent.

Bob and his wife Dollye, live on a ten acre farm in Bella Vista, AR, part of the Ozark Mountain region. He’s a University of Arkansas Razorback football fan, a Barbeque and outdoor cooking enthusiast, and loves fly fishing. When he’s not matching clients and candidates, you’ll likely find him grillin’ and chillin’ on the farm or knee deep in the White River somewhere.
