Our story begins 20 years ago when a transportation industry executive, Howard Harlson, acquired the Snelling Personnel Services franchise in Northwest Arkansas. With his years of experience in transportation, Howard made the decision to focus exclusively on management and executive search in this industry. He also made another critical decision by choosing to hire recruiters who had prior executive, managerial or sales experience in this industry. Experience, knowledge and relationships have been the keys to our success from the beginning.

In December 2003, two of the firm’s top recruiters Bob Alberson and Neal Click, purchased the business. With a team of experienced industry professionals, the firm has continued to grow and prosper.
