This statement embodies the core philosophy of our business…and the key to our success. Since 1991, we have been helping companies build and strengthen their organizations. In the process, we have helped hundreds of industry professionals advance in their careers.

Our story begins when Howard Harlson, a transportation industry executive, acquired a Snelling Personnel Services franchise in Northwest Arkansas. Within a few months, Howard made the decision to focus entirely on management and executive search in the transportation industry, primarily the trucking segment. The firm became known as Snelling Search-Transportation Division and for more than a decade through the 90’s and early 2000’s, “Snelling Search -Bentonville” became synonymous with excellence in recruiting talented professionals for the trucking industry.

In December 2003, Howard sold the firm to High Road Partners Incorporated, a sub-chapter S corporation established by two of the firm’s top recruiters, Bob Alberson and Neal Click. The firm has continued to grow and prosper under the Snelling brand. However, as we began doing more work outside of the traditional trucking core, it became increasingly evident that the Snelling brand often linked us to local Snelling offices and ‘staffing’ services that were not part of our industry specialty nor were they geared toward executive level search.

In 2008, we made the decision to utilize the High Road Partners name as part of our brand identity. While we remain a Snelling franchise and very much a part of that organization, the High Road Partners brand clearly distinguishes our practice and will become a recognized and respected name in transportation, logistics and supply chain executive search.
